It depends on the location: free in neighbouring towns, a small fee for places farther away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, bank transfers, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
How do I know if my property needs maintenance or repair?
We do an initial inspection to find the real problems, risks and needs before we recommend any service.
Can I ask for changes during the project?
Yes. We can make a change order whenever it's safe and doable. We talk the changes through and update the estimate if needed.
